The South Grapevine Corridor is Coming - Like it or Not!

    The cities of Richland Hills and North Richland Hills have a very pre-determined survey you can participate in it you would like to express your opinion.  There is no provision for opposition but you can at least indicate some things that would be more important than others to you.  It really looks like this is the beginning of yet another Tax Increment Financing District under closed control.  To make this happen, eminent domain would almost have to be used.  If a TIF is created, then no voter approval is required to issue debt for the many projects indicated in this survey.
