Appraisal Cap for Property Taxes
This website is working on a petition to limit the annual inflationary increase on property valuations to no more than 3% per year. The current limit is 10% and is being used to tax folks out of their homes.

A site dedicated to honesty in political campaigns and continual vigilance regarding intrusive new governmental controls. Currently featuring commentary and scanned copies of slanderous campaign waged by JoAnn Johnson in the 2004 NRH City Council Election. Also contains copy of Texas Ethics Code which was violated but has not legal reprecussions.
Northeast Tarrant County Information & Commentary
This site was developed as a respondent to information considered biased that was published or is published in the Fort Worth Star Telegram or any other media source. It covers more of NE Tarrant than our NRHOnline Site but has significant overlapping with NRHOnline in content.

This is the city of North Richland Hills official website. A source of both good and tainted information. All city events are posted on this site. Information is carefully controlled to present the current position of the majority of the City Council and of current city management. Agenda and Minute information is presented in a cryptic format. No provision is made for opposing views on any subject.
This organization has interesting facts on how limited taxation is necessary to limit spending. Check it out. They are helping Governor Perry try to get a 3% Cap on Appraisal Increases for all of us.
