Did you ever give thought that there may be many unused police cars on the lot because they are waiting to be used by the next shift so that when an officer reports for duty, he can immediately get into a squad car and answer that next call and not have to wait for another car that's already on a call.  You would be the first to bitch if someone was breaking into your house and the cops did not show up in a timely manner. 

 

 If you would talk to a fleet manager at any company you would find out that part of your fleet needs a rest at times and to keep maintenance costs low, you have extra vehicles in the fleet especially when you are talking about emergency response from a law enforcement or similar public safety agency.  At times there can be several vehicles broke down all at once - THINK before you fly off the handle.

 

I think you could make a rabbit out of a baked potato if you tried.  With all of your allegations of "illegalities", contact the Texas Attorney General and put an end to it all if everything the city of North Richland Hills does is illegal. 

 

What I hate:  **Please note that  I have rated all as NUMBER ONE because they are important to me (just my opinion)

 

1) Nasty looking businesses with big UGLY OLD SIGNS !!

 

1)  Nasty looking neighborhoods where people do not take care of their properties when they have the means to be able to, but just don't !!

 

1) UNPHASED traffic signals that tie up traffic !!

 

1)  South Grapevine Hwy is UGLY AND OLD - lets revamp it !!

 

1) Businesses that don't comply with the Fire Code (I want my family to be safe when at a business in NRH !!)

 

1) Etc, etc, etc, etc, etc, etc, etc, etc, etc, etc, etc, etc, !!!!!!!!!
